Resistance, not terrorism

By completely recognizing their right to independence and self-determination, peoples' rights are recognized by international law, which also supports their resistance against colonialism. It permits occupied peoples to fully use their right to defend their independence and freedom from occupation troops by employing both nonviolent and aggressive tactics. Simultaneously, it makes a distinction between violence that is justifiable and that which is not by seeing all acts of resistance against occupation as acceptable as long as they are a reaction to the aggressiveness of the occupation.

The Palestinian resistance, which has been fighting Israeli occupation troops for decades in an effort to free the land and create an independent Palestinian state there, satisfies every requirement set down by international law. International law recognizes Palestinian resistance as lawful, despite a worldwide conspiracy against it and continuous attempts by Israeli occupation and its allies to designate Palestinian fighters as terrorists or saboteurs and identify Palestinian resistance groups as terrorist organizations.

As per the regulations of international law, a territory is deemed to be occupied when it is subjugated by the enemy force. Under international law, all acts of occupation are considered acts of terrorist aggression, and the violence committed is illegal. The popular resistance groups' armed battle against this occupation within their territories is regarded as a legal use of force with the goal of driving out foreign colonists and recovering the rightful and inherent right to sovereignty and independence. They have the legal right to respond to illegal tyranny, as recognized by international law. All international rules state that resistance violence against occupation forces cannot be classified as terrorism, due to the fact that it is supported by legal arguments that render it a respectable and legal action in all circles.
