What Israel is doing in Gaza are crimes against humanity, not self-defense

The Zionist occupation commits the worst and most heinous massacres in the largest genocide in history, in front of a world that has decided not to see

The taking of indigenous peoples' social, economic, and cultural components is linked to colonialism. Israel's aggressive actions against the Gaza Strip demonstrate how this criminal organization is systematically attacking Gaza's educational system.

In the ongoing open massacre in the Gaza Strip, there has been aerial targeting, military siege, repeated incursions, and deliberate and systematic aggression against the medical sector. The Zionist oppression machine has shown no consideration for the medical personnel or the Strip's residents who have sought shelter in the hospitals' courtyards and corridors from the brutal Israeli aggression on the sector.

Due to the lack of access to basic necessities like food, clean water, and medication, thousands of pregnant Palestinian women are suffering in the most terrible circumstances amid Israel's brutal war on the Palestinian people in Gaza and the total collapse of the healthcare system in the area. Due to this, they are now at risk for bleeding, miscarriage, early birth, and infection with bacterial and viral illnesses. These risks could potentially result in many deaths, including that of the mother and her fetus.

All of the sector's residents are suffering from a shortage of basic essentials, including food, water, and secure shelter, as well as from the horrific violence that the Zionist occupation has unleashed against the Gaza Strip. Women have experienced additional hardship as a result of the humanitarian aid embargo, including suffering in relation to their unique requirements, privacy, access to pharmaceuticals, menstruation hygiene supplies, and a host of other issues.

With such arrogance, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant detailed the horrific crime Israel had done against the Gaza Strip's population: "I commanded the Gaza Strip to be completely blocked." There won't be gasoline, water, or electricity. We shall act as though we are fighting creatures that are humans.

I want to go back home, live a regular life, and do all the things that kids do all over the world—eat, play, learn, and attend school. After a long day, my dream is returning home to sleep in my mother's arms. But my mother has left, along with my home.

Without giving any notice, Israel demolished residential buildings and homes in Gaza, killing the occupants and their memories and dreams in the process, leaving behind mountains of ash. In the Gaza Strip, around 300,000 residential units suffered partial destruction and over 75,000 total residential unit destruction.

Since October 7th, the occupation has persisted in its aggressive actions against the Gaza Strip in an effort to exterminate all living things and force the local populace to flee. This is clear from its purposeful targeting of residential areas and neighborhoods, destruction of entire residential blocks, attacks on convoys carrying displaced people and medical supplies, imposition of a siege, and starvation of the Strip's populace.

Eradicating the Palestinian presence from its foundation is the aim of the military campaign that the occupation is conducting in the Gaza Strip. Not only does the occupation intentionally seek to completely destroy the location, but it also targets humankind in its genocidal campaign.

The safe passage is an Israeli occupation strategy meant to eliminate Palestinian presence and split Palestinian territories for control and population relocation, not a humanitarian effort for the benefit of Palestinians. Its term is merely a fabrication to mislead the people living in the northern Gaza Strip; it has nothing to do with security.

The terrible conditions in the prisons where Palestinian inmates spend decades cause many of them to suffer from ailments that deteriorate over time. The occupation has consistently neglected the inmates' medical needs as a kind of coercion and cruelty.

After six months of an outright extermination attack on Gaza, thousands of people went missing beneath the debris and over 41,000 people lost their lives, according to the Mediterranean Observatory. The whole Strip's supply of basic necessities for survival had completely collapsed.

In an effort to destroy what was left of the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army carried out yet another atrocity in Beit Lahia in the north. It is still using force to uproot an estimated 50,000 persons who are its remaining inhabitants.

The health crisis facing the Palestinian people is a serious concern, since infectious diseases are spreading throughout the population and posing a threat to the Zionist occupation's genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

The number of martyrs in this horrific war—whose intensity has not been seen in modern history—keeps rising after more than 200 days of aggression and atrocities against the Palestinian people in Gaza. It has claimed the lives of almost 34,000 martyrs, but these are only the ones who have been interred and officially documented. Over 10,000 individuals are thought to be missing under the debris in Gaza, according to the Palestinian Civil Defense. Retrieving the dead will be extremely difficult due to a lack of workers, heavy machinery, and equipment. With the crude instruments at their disposal, they cautioned that recovering the bodies might take up to three years.

The number of old people dying in the region is rising as a result of Israel's ongoing genocide against the Gazanian population. There are now more ways than just airstrikes for the deaths of Gaza's elderly. A systematic and pervasive program of hunger is also used by the occupation, and individuals who are denied medical care—whether due to wounds received during hostilities or age-related illnesses—are also killed.

After storming UNRWA schools in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip, on the 220th day of the conflict, Zionist army troops killed and arrested several Palestinians, driving thousands more to flee into the unknown under heavy artillery and aerial bombardment.

After the Nazi Israeli army seized control of the Rafah border crossing on May 7, it was entirely blocked, worsening the humanitarian crisis for Gaza's citizens and quickening the ongoing slaughter that has been going on since October 7.

The most recent verdict from the International Court of Justice requires the Israeli occupation to stop its military assaults on the Rafah Governorate in southern Gaza and to reopen the Rafah border crossing. The occupation persists in defying these rulings.

The region's healthcare system has failed as a result of Israel's savage onslaught against the Gaza Strip. Israel deliberately attacked Gaza's hospitals, closing them down so that the roughly one million residents of Gaza could only receive basic medical care at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.

The displacement hasn't ceased for eight months at all. There is nowhere for the Palestinians of Gaza to live; even tents are no longer secure. They are still the targets of constant massacres perpetrated by this criminal occupation. The genocide project has been going on for eight months. The Zionist enemy is targeting Rafah, which has become a haven for almost a million Palestinians, as part of a systematic displacement strategy across the Gaza Strip. The goal is to establish the crime of Palestinian forced displacement, which is classified as ongoing genocide since October 7th.

Approximately seventy inmates, some of whom had been held since the early months of the conflict, were freed by the Israeli from Gaza on June 11. The testimony and the video demonstrated the severity of the physical and psychological abuse they received, along with the appalling circumstances they were subjected to. One of them even related the death of a prisoner who had been subjected to torture. The occupation only let these captives four minutes to pass the Beit Lahia checkpoint before soldiers opened fire on them, and they barely avoided death. They were then forced to walk and run hundreds of meters to reach populated areas as the Israeli army started shooting at them. The sick and old, who had trekked a great distance to reach Gaza, arrived in a miserable state.

No red line has been untouched by the occupation. Not a single international institution decision has been carried out, and no catchphrase has been able to stop an Israeli soldier from carrying out more atrocities. The brave Palestinian resistance and the people of Gaza have resisted this occupation for 250 days, standing firm against the most horrible genocidal war in recent history.

For the tenth consecutive month, the Nazi Zionist army is carrying out the crime of genocide, which is marked by the most heinous and severe acts of mass murder, starvation, thirst, detentions, torture, and uprooting of residents from their homes and places of refuge, all while stepping up its attacks. This is accomplished by destroying the Gaza Strip's fundamental infrastructure and supplies, rendering it uninhabitable. No term describes the daily atrocities done against humanity more accurately than "genocide."

Journalist Ismail Al-Ghoul of Al Jazeera was killed by occupation forces today in a direct bombing that targeted his car. While filming in the Al-Shati refugee camp, Ismail and his colleague, cameraman Rami Al-Rifi, were beheaded by the criminal Israeli army, resulting in their martyrdom.

Israel keeps implementing methodical measures to render the Gaza Strip completely uninhabitable. One of the most well-known examples of these practices is the sudden and unannounced bombing of schools in Gaza that house civilians who have been forcibly relocated, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries. This is a part of the genocide that has been going on since October 7th.

All three hospitals in northern Gaza—Kamale Adwan, Indonesian, and Al-Awda—have completely stopped operations as a result of continuous bombardment and blockade, in addition to the ruthless atrocities being carried out by the occupation. These facilities, which house a large number of patients and medical personnel who are unable to evacuate, are constantly under fire from Israeli drones and artillery that targets the hospitals and their surroundings. Israel has successfully halted ambulance and civil defense teams' operations.
