The Jordanian Role Directives, Challenges, and the Role of Arab Peoples.

On March 21, 1968, the Israeli army attempted to take control of the Jordan River, which led to the Battle of Karameh. Eliminating the Palestinian resistance centered at the Jordanian border was the Israeli army's main goal. The Jordanian village of "Karameh," which is close to the King Hussein Bridge, a location where the Jordan River divides Jordan and Palestine, and the Palestinian border east of it, is where the fight got its name.

Palestine stands out due to its advantageous position and plenty of resources. Trade caravans from Asia, India, and the Arabian Peninsula use its location as a passageway to reach the ports of Palestine on the Mediterranean Sea and eventually Europe.
